Return & Refund Policy
At The G University, we sell digital products (ebooks, templates, and downloadable resources). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.
However, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- The file is corrupted, damaged, or not accessible.
- The product delivered is different from the description on our website.
- Duplicate payments due to a technical error.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting our support team at no-reply@theguniversity.com. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to download the product due to customer’s internet/device issues.
